Ah... Been down with cough and flu for the past few days.. Argh... Feeling so fragile now...

Staying at home is kinda boring.. No mood to play my piano too... 2 nights ago my dad decided to go for a joyride since we were both bored... And we ended up in east coast! We were kinda fascinated by the beach at night haha.. There were numerous stars glistening in the otherwise dark sky... and the waves were... mysterious looking.. So both of us, we walked along the beach and he kept insisting that the tides are coming in.. Haha.. Saw a few lone runners too and a lot of couples.... On a tuesday night? That's sweet. =)

Finished reading 'The Pianist' and went to borrow another book about war again... Titled "The Great Escape". It's about how a bunch of prisoners-of-war escaped captivity. I always like reading about recollections of war.. Haha.. well, not that I'm sadistic.. But through these stories, they show the ultimate strength and courage of a human being.. Where ordinary men become heros... Where a glimmer of hope ensures survival for one more day.. Where relationships are tested.. And of cos they show the worst side of a human being too. I often wonder what makes a person kill another... What did they tell themselves before killing? How did they feel after killing? I would wish to talk to a murderer someday.......... To find out what was actually on their mind.... Ok now I sound real gothic. Hahahaha..
